10 SEATS LEFT THIS BATCH

Ask us the awkward ones.

Rights, revisions, refunds, and what happens when it goes wrong. If a question is not here, the chat or the team will answer it straight.

Judge that from the work rather than from us. Every film on this site went through the same eight stages yours would. Most AI film fails because generation happens without direction. We lock characters and approve frames before anything renders, so nothing reaches you as a surprise.

Short. Brand and product, category, what the film has to do, where it will run, duration, and one visual reference for the treatment you have in mind. That reference is worth more than a page of description. One video that feels right tells us more about tone than a thousand words. We send the template when you buy, and the chat can send it now.

You do not need one. Concept is in the rate whether you bring it or we build it: idea, script, storyboard, character development, visual references, shot breakdown, copy and music concept. Campaign naming, taglines and master communication sit outside concept and are quoted separately.

Three at concept and three at frames, on top of the original. Two at video stage. Character revisions sit inside the concept rounds, since character development is part of the concept.

We present two routes first. If neither works we make two further attempts. Past that we would ask you to share a direction, so we are not guessing at your expense or ours.

It is our cost, not yours. The price already absorbs internal iteration. Failed generations are never billed and never counted against your seconds.

Ten seconds. Below that there is no film worth making.

There is no complexity cap and no complexity surcharge. One second counts the same across every category of AI film. Highly complex work may need more time and we will say so upfront. Advanced VFX beyond AI generation sits outside the rate.

Three to five days for production once the brief is locked. Every approval window is 24 hours and we hold a further 12 beyond it before moving on, so the schedule holds for everyone in the batch.

You do. Perpetual rights across all platforms, included in the rate rather than sold back to you as an add on. That covers the video, the music and any songs made for you.

No. Delivery is final films in the formats you need. Editable source files are not part of the handover.

We will remind you before they do. Extend by ten days for 5% of the original package value. If the brief is in before expiry and production is still running, your seconds do not expire.

Yes, in 60 second slabs at your existing rate. Each slab is valid ten days, so 120 seconds gives you twenty.

50% of the package is refundable. If you cancel a specific film after frame approval, that film bills at 50% of its seconds, because the creative work is already done.

You get the next batch rather than a slipped deadline. Reserve a slot with 20% upfront. We cap briefs per batch on purpose, and that cap is how turnaround stays a promise.

Because the right combo depends on what you are making. A published grid would have half our clients buying the wrong one. Tell us the requirement and the full rate card comes the same day.

Three months or longer carries preferential terms, reserved capacity and priority scheduling.

Still an open question?

Every answer that mentions the team, the rate card or the batch ends in the same place: the brief form.
